Comunicaciones Fútbol Club S.A., better known as Comunicaciones F.C. or Comunicaciones, are a football club based in Guatemala City. They compete in the Liga Nacional, the top tier of Guatemalan football. The most popular and successful football clubs in Guatemala, Communicaciones have won 31 National Championships, including having won six consecutive, the most of any Guatemalan club team. In addition to their 31 league titles, Communicaciones have won eight league Cups and ten Supercups. Actualmente milita en la Liga Nacional de Guatemala y juega sus partidos de local en el Estadio Doroteo Guamuch Flores. Fue fundado oficialmente bajo el nombre de Club Social y Deportivo Comunicaciones el 16 de agosto de 1949. Actualmente el club cuenta con treinta y un Ligas, ocho Copas y diez Campeón de Campeones; a nivel internacional tiene en sus vitrinas dos Copas Fraternidad Centroamericana, una Liga Concacaf y una Copa de Campeones de la Concacaf, colocándolo como el club guatemalteco con más títulos (53).​ El color que identifica al equipo es negro y el blanco, este último empezó a utilizar en su uniforme poco tiempo después de su fundación ya que en sus inicios el uniforme del club era color crema. Su rival histórico es el equipo CSD Municipal, con el que disputa el denominado Clásico chapín, siendo este encuentro el de mayor rivalidad y el de mayor importancia en Guatemala. Con la obtención de los títulos de liga consecutivos en el Apertura 2012 hasta Clausura 2015, se convirtió en el primer y único club profesional en Guatemala y segundo de Centroamérica en lograr un hexacampeonato.​ En 2009, la FIFA lo catalogó como uno de los clubes «clásicos del mundo», siendo el único equipo guatemalteco con esta distinción que también tienen otros 5 equipos centroamericanos.​ Fue reconocido por la IFFHS como el segundo mejor equipo del siglo XX en la zona de la Concacaf junto al Club Deportivo Olimpia de Honduras.​ (es)
