- هجوم لييج مايو 2018 هو هجوم قتل جماعي حدث صباح يوم الثلاثاء 29 مايو 2018 في مدينة لييج ببلجيكا. وقع إطلاق النار قرابة الساعة 10:30 (08:30 بتوقيت غرينتش) في جادة أفروا، أحد أبرز شوارع المدينة، وقُتل على إثره شرطيتان وشخص ثالث، بحسب مسؤول في مكتب المحافظ. وقالت مصادر رسمية أن مُطلق النار توجه لاحقا إلى مدرسة ثانوية، حيث احتجز رهينة لفترة قصيرة، لكن من دون أن يُصاب أحد. وأعلن مدعي لييج فيليب دوليو في مؤتمر صحافي أن الرجل هاجم الشرطيتين بسكين من الخلف، وطعنهما مرات عدة، ثم استولى على سلاحيهما، واستخدمهما لقتلهما، مضيفا ان رجلًا يبلغ من العمر 22 عامًا كان داخل سيارة متوقفة في الحي قُتل أيضا. ونقلت وسائل إعلام محلية عن مصادر في الشرطة أن المسلح كان يصرخ «الله أكبر». - On 29 May 2018, Benjamin Herman, a prisoner on temporary leave from prison, stabbed two female police officers, took their guns, shot and killed them and a civilian in Liège, Belgium. The gunman took a woman hostage before he was killed by police. The attacker had since 2017 been suspected of having been radicalised in prison after converting to Islam, and was reported to be part of the entourage of a prison Islamist recruiter. The method of the attack was said by investigators to match and be specifically encouraged by the Islamic State which claimed the attack. Prosecutors say they are treating the attacks as "terrorist murder". The attack is treated as "jihadist terrorism" by Europol. (en)

Ein Mann tötete einen ehemaligen Mithäftling und in der Innenstadt drei weitere Menschen, nahm eine Geisel und wurde von der Polizei erschossen. Die belgische Justiz stuft die Taten in Lüttich als „terroristische Morde“ ein. Die Terrororganisation Islamischer Staat reklamierte die Tat für sich; jedoch hatte der Täter selbst keinen Kontakt mit der Terrorgruppe. Die Ermittler halten es für möglich, dass der Mann seiner Tat einen islamistischen Anschein geben wollte. (de)
- El atentado de Lieja fue un suceso ocurrido el 29 de mayo de 2018 en el que un hombre primeramente atacó con un cuchillo a dos mujeres policías, luego tomó una de sus armas y disparó contra ellas hasta matar a ambas oficiales y a un civil que estaba sentado dentro de un automóvil. Más tarde, huyó y tomó como rehén a una mujer en el interior de una escuela de secundaria. Los oficiales de policía que acudieron al lugar abatieron al atacante. La fiscalía belga abrió una carpeta de investigación por terrorismo. (es)

L'agresseur a crié « Allahu akbar » (« Dieu est le plus grand » en arabe). Le procureur fédéral belge a déclaré que certains éléments indiquent qu'il s'agit d'un acte terroriste. Le terroriste a ensuite pris comme bouclier humain une femme de ménage de l'athénée Léonie de Waha et continué à tirer, blessant quatre policiers, avant d'être abattu par les forces de l'ordre. (fr)
- Op 29 mei 2018 vond er op de Boulevard d'Avroy in Luik een schietpartij plaats waarbij drie dodelijke slachtoffers vielen. Later werd de dader doodgeschoten door de politie. De aanslag werd een dag later opgeëist door Islamitische Staat. (nl)
