- Leigh was one of the artists interviewed by Ruud Janssen for the book Mail-Interviews - Part 1. He is also mentioned in the book Eternal network: a mail art anthology, University of Calgary Press, 1995, p. 259, ISBN 9781895176278. However, it is just a passing mention, as well as this article published by Tate Etc. That's all I found and I don't think it is enough to meet our notability standards. Weak delete.
