Sirius was the only high-rise building erected following the demise of the redevelopment plans, and it is celebrated as a Brutalist building, including the philosophies of Brutalism. The redevelpment plans seem the antithesis of these philosophies, and labelling these other buildings as Brutalist seems inappropriate.
