This listing is for a hand forged incense burner or incense holder, made by myself here at the forge. It is made from mild steel, using a combination of hammers and chisels to work the piece into the shape of a large feather for your incense to burn on! I finish my work with a mixture of beeswax and boiled linseed oil, to protect it from rusting. The one in the picture measures approximately 260mm x 75mm, but as these items are made to order I can make them any size you like (Within reason!) "Hand Forged toasting fork with an Ammonite twist handle. Wire brushed and finished with a protective wax coating. The Ammonite twist can be tricky to do as it involves twisting and manipulating metal that has varying thickness and heat. Honeycomb Bee Door Knocker - Etsy

Hand made bee door knocker. Steel plate, beaten and formed into shape, mounted on a steel base and wrapped in copper sheet. Each knocker is hand made by myself, with a forged steel stinger as the knocker, signature stamped on the base plate and finished in a museum quality microcrystaline wax.
