Kim Brackin on Instagram: "Wednesday mornings on The Farm are stroke groups. The freestylers join the backstrokers for focused drill work before a main set. Today, I led a drill progression from setting up posture, rotation, and catch. Here are the drills in order of appearance on the video.
1. Head Lead Rotation: arms at side, core engaged ("kayak position"), and rotation connected to the kick. 
2. Switch drill: from a strong kayak position, drive the arm from hip to entry position AND entry position to hip (NO underwater pull).
3. Target drill: the starting point/"Target" is arm at catch position (a couple inches below surface), set catch and pull through immediately back to the Target. Ideally, that pull is at a prescribed race tempo- we were 1.5 - 1.4.
