🚀 Excited to share our CENG424 term project: Telepathy: Interactive Parkour Game Controlled by EMG Signals! Our team, comprising of Matin H., Fahrettin Çetin, and Berkan Gönülsever, has successfully integrated neuroscience, embedded systems, and interactive technology to create an innovative educational tool. 🎮🧠 About the Project: We used Electromyography (EMG) to capture electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles. These signals are then processed using an Arduino microcontroller to control a parkour game displayed on a 16x2 LCD screen. This hands-on project not only makes complex scientific concepts in neuroscience and bio-engineering accessible but also demonstrates the real-time control of digital interfaces using muscle activation. Key Objectives: Educational Engagement: Making sophisticated scientific concepts approachable through practical demonstrations. Practical Demonstration: Showcasing real-time control of digital interfaces with muscle activation. Interdisciplinary Integration: Combining hardware and software components for interactive applications. Innovation Inspiration: Inspiring future developments in human-machine interaction and assistive technologies.
