This week, I spoke with the CMOs of three companies, each generating over $50 million in ARR. They all mentioned wanting an "allbound personalized approach," yet each had a different interpretation of what that meant. Here’s my perspective: Allbound, simply put, is omnichannel. You might have heard terms like “Inbound-led Outbound” from Adam Robinson or “Outbound-led Inbound.” These describe different strategies within omnichannel initiatives. The Two Sides of the Coin 1️⃣ Inbound-led Outbound Typical scenario: - Visitors come to your site—personalized or not (using tools like Userled, VWO, or AB Tasty). - Accounts or contacts are identified through tools like Clearbit, RB2B, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Dealfront. - Retarget the ideal customer profile (ICP) with multi-channel personalization on ads and email platforms, using Userled for content personalization. - Notify the right SDRs or AEs on Slack when an account or contact shows significant intent based on content consumption (e.g., 3 contacts from a company spending over 5 minutes across 3+ channels). - Equip them with personalized content based on ICP interest for optimal outreach conversion. 2️⃣ Outbound-led Inbound - Buying intent and signals are identified and delivered to your sales team in Slack and CRMs (using tools like Apollo, Cargo, or CommonRoom). - SDRs reach out to the right contacts with outreach optimized for conversions with Userled. - Prospects click on personalized assets enabling the tracking of contacts across your brand - The sales team is notified each time there’s interaction from key accounts and contacts across your brand - Deals move faster from first impression to close won. In essence, allbound is about integrating inbound and outbound efforts to maximize engagement and drive results. That’s my take—what’s yours?

A few tips to structure a great conversation that will set the foundation for record-breaking omnichannel activations: > Get clear about the info you need: when does a motivated customer present positive behaviors, and what rewards prompt the next harder behavior? > Set conversational objectives right away: we're working together to build a system that encourages and tracks behaviors that great customers already do. > Ask questions for stories: Introduce me to your favorite customer from this segment.
