I had a fantastic time on the Dig Insights podcast with Jess Gaedeke and the crew! It was great reflecting on my Google Pay days and digging into the world of AI personalization that I am really passionate about. Here's what we covered: : AI-driven personalization should always start with a deep focus on user needs. What problems can we solve in the most intuitive way? : This isn't just about growth, it's about purpose-driven growth. How does personalization create genuine value for customers? : The "cohort of one" approach is revolutionary. It's about shifting away from targeting broad segments and truly understanding each individual user. : This level of personalization builds stronger brand relationships – customers feel uniquely valued. : We can't forget the full customer journey! Personalization needs to consider the entire funnel, not just specific touchpoints. Podcast link here: https://lnkd.in/gRH-DbUa Let me know your thoughts. Would love to collaborate on furthering the 'Cohort of One' concept. p.s. Still chuckling about the "brand you'd marry" question. My answer (Ben & Jerry's) might have gotten me in a little hot water at home 😉 #IceCreamObsession #AI #Personalisation #CohortofOne #UserFirst

1wA couple of aspect that seem to be missing from current privacy considerations are ‘intrusion upon seculusion’ and freedom from unwanted public speculation’. People can feel uneasy because others have information about them and certainly don’t like being gossiped about !
