Interestingly, people who join such companies often treat the company the same way, ready to leave the moment someone offers them $200 more. On the other hand, working for a long-term player has its advantages. In a company that values growth and mutual support, both the company and the employee can rely on each other when times are tough. This creates a strong, resilient team that's committed to overcoming challenges together and achieving long-term success.

Color test for our Support System Tower models. We explored whether shifts in color of the top sphere (representing the player) should stand out or blend in with their support network.
