What an amazing Wednesday at work attending today’s second Global DE&I Summit that we hosted at JLR . Hearing from our colleagues from across the globe about how far our company has come in making sure inclusion at JLR is truly for everyone, it was so inspiring. By the end of the day, it was clear to see the transformational change we’ve started to make. Why is DE&I so important to us at JLR? It’s not just because it’s the right thing to do, but we know that creating a safe, inclusive workplace means more collaboration, more productivity and more innovation for our customers and colleagues. Our clients are diverse, the world is diverse, so our company needs to reflect that. Well done to our award winners, those truly showing up everyday to make the change and our DE&I, events and communications teams who delivered an incredible event today celebrating DE&I progress. You should all feel really proud. To the brave speakers sharing their stories, our presenters, those who asked the tough questions, to the thousands of people joining online - taking action and making impact.
