CBDC is not a new idea. In 1982, David Chaum, a computer scientist and cryptographer, proposed a scheme that used blind signatures to build untraceable digital currency. This research was published in a research paper, Blind Signatures for Untraceable Payments. CBDC is the end of financial anonymity and personal privacy. It would be the world's largest surveillance system. I would love to expand on this sometime. #cbdc #digitalmoney

As per your request, Hereunder a few comments regarding the article:   👇 1️⃣  💬 Qmoney exist already today, despite the ignorance of consulting firms and central banks that are influenced by them and by vendors that wish to promote their inferior solutions.   2️⃣  😉 Much as a “qbit” is a super-positioned bit that accepts values zero or one, so we can use Qmoney to indicate super-positioned money that can accept a value in either the payer currency or the payee currency.     3️⃣  ✈Qmoney, unlike #cryptography-based money, enables very fast transactions with lower #environmental footprint🌿🌐 , which are already NOW #quantum-safe CBDC, enabling privacy by design, being Harassment-Resistant that will gain public #trust, by avoiding surveillance and censorship, by preserving #cash-like #privacy when two parties (human or devices) trade with digital money, by everyone, everywhere, anytime, and that offers disruptive use cases that does not exist today with prevailing #payments protocols.    4️⃣  📝 What the cryptographic community, as well as NIST, officially published, will inherently not be quantum-secured, since it is based on Complexity-based cryptography. What counts is what national security agencies do. 📍CBDC should be protected in a similar manner (proven solutions exist already) 📍Adversary distributing counterfeit CBDC might lead to financial collapse!    5️⃣  🌟 What quantum computers will be able to do tomorrow,  🔜 #artificialntelligence (AI) can do already today – to find a hidden pattern in the CBDC string of bits and enable adversary to distribute counterfeit CBDC.

They streamline verification processes, reducing time and costs associated with manual checks. Organizations benefit from reduced verification burdens, while individuals gain greater control over their personal data, aligning with trends in data sovereignty. However, challenges include interoperability, standardization, and gaining widespread adoption among issuers and verifiers.
