Being a Film Director, I have learned a lot of things about teamwork, emotions and developing a world. I learned that a director can't portray a world without an excellent team, there are few things, I wants to share about that. 1. Director-Dop Duo: - What a director visualizes and wants to portray are in the hands of Dop and his/her excellence skills in Lighting, Handling and cinematography. There will be many times, you will not get the Dop who cannot understand your vision as wants, but when you found someone like that. Mark my words, just work with Dop as much as can. This opportunity as a director is just similar to a successful project. 2. Director- Actor Duo: - Portraying an emotion on a level of versatility is as hard as impossible thing. When you find an actor, that can elevate your vision of portraying a character in a way that feels like he made for that. Grab that opportunity. You may never find someone like that again. 3. Core team- Director Duo: - Scripting, Breakdown, supervision, set designing, Costume designing, Makeup & Hair, Sound department and many more departments that plays a crucial role throughout the process and makes a director world like he wants. Core team players are the real strength of any project. They all make sure that if we are developing/Creating a thing, It will be a super success and satisfactory in all aspect. Team is the main constant variable, a director needed because we all know when things are on set., It will be a different level of dynamic changes and only thing helps you there. Your team and their skills.

Review of "Nikiwe" (2024) Release Date: August 10, 2024 Platform: YouTube Director: Timothy Onyeka Kambita Cast: Mary Manara Mwewa as Nikiwe, Eric Ruberwa as Patrick, and more --- ABOUT THE STORY "Nikiwe" is a short film that follows the tragic journey of a teenage girl named Nikiwe, who finds herself in prison on murder charges. Through flashbacks, the story gradually unveils the events that led to her incarceration. ______________ THE GOOD The story itself is strong, providing a compelling narrative that draws viewers in. The cinematography effectively captures what needs to be seen, even in moments where the execution falters. Despite the limitations, there's clear evidence of effort and intention behind the camera work. Mary Manara Mwewa’s portrayal of Nikiwe is commendable, particularly in the more subdued moments. Her performance, along with that of the actress playing her mother, stands out—though, like many Zambian actors, the ability to convey deep emotion on screen remains a challenge, especially in scenes that demand tears. The dialogue between Nikiwe and Patrick when they first enter the house is a standout moment, demonstrating well-crafted and audible conversation. Additionally, the makeup—especially in the scene where Patrick forces his friend to drink—was a notable success, deserving special praise. _______________ COMPLETE IN THE COMMENTS

#Dune: Part Two is one of the best films I have ever seen. The cinematography, casting, direction and special effects are phenomenal. The filmmakers have paid intricate attention to detail and it shows throughout the movie. The film follows two strong-willed lovers who are among the many fighters on the planet Arrakis. Paul wants to destroy the people who killed his family, but foresees a dangerous future. That same force is messing with his mind and may ruin his plan to save their people. Some of your favorite actors are in Dune: Part Two! The main characters are Paul or Uzul (#Timothée Chalamet), Chani (#Zendaya), Jessica (#RebeccaFerguson), Stilgar (#JavierBardem), Feyd-Rautha (#AustinButler), Beast Rabban (#Dave Bautista) and Emperor (#ChristopherWalken). The casting is fantastic. I felt many emotions while watching it because of the great acting. When Chani is hurt by Uzul’s sudden change of mind, the air feels tense and her anger is shown. Uzul’s mom, Jessica, is mysterious and changes her personality when she drinks the poison. I am beyond amazed by the quality of the production. The camerawork captures the scenes so well, especially when they are in the desert. The special effects are mind-blowing, like when Uzul and Chani blow up multiple helicopters. When Uzul has visions, the special effects are well-displayed. This film exceeds all my expectations and explores science fiction beautifully. I highly recommend watching Dune: Part One to understand the concepts, the characters and their backstories. Dune: Part 2 picks up right where Dune: Part One left off. These two films really bring the Dune books to life. Director, Denis Villeneuve, has created something amazing. My favorite part is when Paul (Uzul) learns to ride a huge sandworm. You feel as if you are on the sandworm with him – the wind rushes, the sand flies everywhere, and the motion of the sandworm is smooth. In theaters March 1, 2024. https://lnkd.in/gYufiTfB

DECODING SUCCESS: 6 KEY FACTORS BEHIND OPPENHEIMER'S GOLDEN GLOBES VICTORY! Oppenheimer, the historic biopic directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Cilian Murphy in the titular role, got five wins at the 2024 Golden Globes. What was key to Oppenheimer’s success? 1. Story and Screenplay Oppenheimer had a compelling and well-written story, tracing the titular physicist's life across a spectrum that illuminated his tragic genius. The strong screenplay came to life with an intriguing narrative, character development for its main performers, and compelling dialogue for its 3 hour run time. 2. Direction Among the awards that Oppehneimer bagged at the Golden Globes was Best Director for Nolan. It shows, with the British director famous for his mind-bending films like Inception, Interstellar and Tenet, bringing his skillful direction to another movie. 3. Outstanding Acting Performances Among the night’s other winners from Oppenheimer were Cilian Murphy for Best Actor and Robert Downey Jr. for Best Supporting Actor. Emily Blunt also got a nomination for Best Supporting Actress. With such strong performances from its cast, no wonder the movie won big with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. 4. High Production Values High production values in the form of cinematography (the film was shot with IMAX cameras), production design, costumes (the movie had the feel of the 1940s) and score (for which the movie bagged a Golden Globe for Best Original Score) contributed to Oppenheimer performing well. 5. Critical Acclaim While not a perfect movie, Oppenheimer got positive reviews from critics and audiences. On the Internet Movie Database (IMDB), the movie currently has a rating of 8.4/10 while movie review aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes gives it a rating of 93%. Other notable media outlets, like the New York Times, Hollywood Reporter and Variety also gave the film largely positive reviews. 6. Studio Campaigning Who can forget the Barbenheimer phenomenon? How the two studios, Universal Pictures which produced Oppenheimer and Warner Bros. which produced Barbie, worked on making audiences feel like these two were a double feature, and ought to be watched one after the other? This definitely contributed to Oppenheimer’s success, with Barbie also nabbing 2 Golden Globes at the Award Ceremony on Sunday.

Movies A film – also called a movie, motion picture, moving picture, picture, photoplay or (slang) flick – is a work of visual art that simulates experiences and otherwise communicates ideas, stories, perceptions, feelings, beauty, or atmosphere through the use of moving images. These images are generally accompanied by sound and, more rarely, other sensory stimulations. The word "cinema", short for cinematography, is often used to refer to filmmaking and the film industry, and the art form that is the result of it.. https://www.emawatson.com/

Helping Brands & Creators communicate effective stories through Scripts & Videos | Marketing Analyst | Script Writer | Video Editor | Personal Branding
Videos and Words share the same Fate. Take 2 different movies. 1 movie looks slow but the other keeps you at the edge of the seat. 1 movie’s scenes are too long while the other keeps you engaged. I have the background of both Writing and Video. ✨ And when I watch a Movie, I scrutinize the script and cinematography simultaneously. Videos are made of Frames and Script of Words. Adding the right amount creatively to not bore the viewer and gatekeep suspense is an art. Videos and Words share the same Fate. Because if you don’t focus on those small details, you suffer. See ya, Aryan. ps: attaching an image because you know why.
