What can you learn from your competitors' marketing strategies?
Unless you understand your competitors' value proposition and how it resonates with your marketplace audience, you will find it difficult, if nearly impossible to stake out an authentic, unique and articulate value proposition of your own. Once you've narrowed your product or services unique value offering, you can then experiment with your messages to refine and find the most impactful value proposition for maximum effect. I would caution against using gimmicks like GPTChat which usually just restates the same messages in different styles, without offering any unique insight or substance. The hard work is usually accomplished through audience interviews and customer focus groups involving a discussion of their challenges and hot buttons.

Implementing Self-Service BI to Improve Business Decision Making
Intel Corporation
Self-service business intelligence (BI) represents a paradigm shift in the way businesses use their data. By enabling end users to combine and analyze large amounts of data, self-service BI provides a pathway to better decision making across the enterprise. Yet effective decision making for core business processes often requires trusted reports that are best developed by centralized teams of experts who can validate data quality and deliver more sophisticated analyses and reports.

Yet effective decision making for core business processes often requires trusted reports that are best developed by centralized teams of experts who can validate data quality and deliver more sophisticated analyses and reports.
This white paper explores the approach used by the Intel Technical Manufacturing Engineering organization to balance these very different requirements using a Microsoft BI solution stack based on SQL Server, SharePoint, and Excel. By integrating self-service BI with a centralized BI development model, the Intel TME BI team is creating a more flexible and efficient environment for supporting end-to-end information needs.Other authors -
