Prepare meals monthly for homeless in the Greater Chicagoland Area. To date we have prepared and delivered over 70,000 meals.

Building and delivering a "Tech for Teens" program to teach kids in underserved areas IT with the goal of inspiring career ideas.

One Child - One Mentor - One Hour Per Week. My role is to mentor one, and only one, "at risk" child and be a positive male role model for him. We will work together once per week for the school year on reading, games, academics, and whatever else we can fit into that hour per week. My commitment is to be there there for him - every week - consistently - and help to make a positive impact in his life going forward.

The intent of "Tech for Teens" is to provide 1) An overview of the career opportunities in the technology space and 2) A bit of hands-on experience in each area. The end game is to get more kids interested in pursuing technology as a career and if interested, can provide some one-on-one counseling to start them down the path.

The Executive Leadership Team for the 2018 Heart Innovation Forum presents topics of interest to the life sciences industry while raising funds for the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association’s innovation efforts, research efforts, funding and community education programs. I am responsible for moderating a panel discussion with healthcare-focused startups as part of our Local Innovation Forum.

Active board member serving in a Development capacity with a strong focus on growing the largest events (Bike MS, Walk MS, and Muckfest) of the Chapter. With my IT background, I also consult with the Chapter on IT-related issues. In addition, I also personally sponsor a team of around 40 cyclists for the annual Bike MS where we have raised well over $500K since our inception in 2001.
