Can you explain what the explanation of benefits provides? 9. Tell me about your experience with understanding medical terminology? Give examples. 10. Validate that you do not have any PTO scheduled during the first 90 days of the project. 11. Tell me about your experience in dealing with Medicare Managed Care and Medicaid Managed Care. 12. What MCO payers are you familiar with? 13. How successful have you been in collecting aged AR? 14. What is your experience with hospital /institutional claims 15. What is your backend (AR/Denials) experience working in Epic and how many years? What job functions do you do inside Epic? How were you assigned daily/weekly work to work these accounts in Epic? Review claims for accuracy of procedures, diagnoses, demographic and insurance information Audited accounts to verify charge documentation, identifies patterns, make recommendations for work flow changes to reduce issues. Be able to identifies potentials errors created by those related to claims processing, eligibility records and client submissions to improve the overall billing and reimbursements. Must be detail oriented. Summer Hiring Slowdown - Will the Fall Heat Up? https://lnkd.in/gH7jneG8 US employers added 142,000 nonfarm jobs in August, fewer than the 161,000 jobs economists had anticipated, according to government data released yesterday. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics also revised the number of jobs added in June and July; June was revised down to 118,000 jobs from 179,000, while July was revised down to 89,000 jobs from 114,000.    Most of the jobs were added in construction (34,000) and healthcare (31,000). The unemployment rate fell to an expected 4.2% in August from 4.3% in July. Average hourly earnings in August rose 0.4% month-over-month and 3.8% year-over-year, both higher than economist estimates. View a breakdown of data here.   Analysts say the data show the Federal Reserve could cut interest rates by at least a quarter-percentage-point at its next two-day policy meeting from Sept. 17-18. The Federal Reserve's benchmark federal funds rate has been at a range between 5.25% and 5.5% since July 2023.
