Can you believe it is that time of year again? Our quarterly learning labs continue to empower our teams to deliver the best possible service to our clients and residents. We just wrapped 26 hands-on sessions on Financial Planning for Client Success across 19 markets - 650+ Community Managers joined us in-person and left with invaluable insights and a variety of practical tools for 2025 budgeting. One attendee shared, "The trainers were incredibly knowledgeable, and the session was highly informative. This is the best company I've worked for in my 28 years of property management." Congratulations to Doug Johnson on his promotion to SVP of Client Services! In just two years, Doug seamlessly transitioned from sales to the multifamily industry, and collaborated with our Operations and Support teams to grow our Southeast/FL region by 40 properties and 8,300 units.  When asked about the advice that has shaped his career, Doug shared, "Throughout my career, I've found that building strong relationships and being open to change are essential for success.
