A group of employees from our NWI Wichita site rolled up their sleeves to help Simply Hygiene, a remarkable local organization dedicated to supporting our community by providing free hygiene products to those in need. As they prepared for their largest distribution yet, we were honored to volunteer and contribute to their mission. With over 77,000 people served monthly across 174 schools and 78 organizations, we're proud to play a role in uplifting our community through this vital initiative! #nwi #givingback

NWI is committed to making strategic investments to meet the demands of rising production rates. This has included the addition of 10 spindles since 2021 and, most recently, retrofitting our Cincinnati gantry machines with Siemens controls at our Nashville site. As specialists in manufacturing some of the longest skins, stringers, and spars in the industry, these enhancements ensure we continue to meet the growing and evolving demands of our customers. Standardization across the factory is very important at NWI, and with this upgrade, training requirements have decreased, flexibility has improved, and maintenance has been standardized. #nwi #aerospace #manufacturing #Siemens #FivesGroup
