From public water systems to transportation, BABA ensures we’re building with American-made materials. Here are a few things to keep in mind when navigating BABA compliance:   ✅Identify Applicable Projects Does your infrastructure project receive federal funding? Then it might fall under BABA ✅Analyze Contracts Understand who’s responsible for compliance—from contractors to suppliers. ✅Evaluate Products Only “Made in America” materials qualify. Over the years, he’s grown with the company, and today, he proudly serves as our Director of Planning and Inventory Control, based in Fairfield, Ohio. John’s favorite part of his career? His amazing co-workers and being part of the “supremely capable team at NSI.” 💪 Outside of work, you’ll find John strumming the guitar or working on his latest woodworking project. CHRO Troy Hayes, Psy.D. visited our Duro Dyne - NSI Industries Brand facilities in Bay Shore, New York, this week along with HVAC Division President John MacQuarrie. While there, he talked with many of our team members and experienced firsthand the passion and commitment they bring to work each day. He also took time to hear their insights and feedback on some opportunities, challenges and where we can improve to become an even stronger team. A highlight of the visit was meeting the people that make our products and deliver value to our customers. Thanks to everyone who took the time to chat and share their thoughts!

We’d like to give a huge shoutout to Raul Zagal for recently celebrating an impressive💥40💥years with Cast Products, Inc. Raul is currently a Level D Set-up Technician and started with the company at just 20 years old. He is a true legend who has made countless contributions over the years, and we are incredibly proud to have him on our NSI team. Happy anniversary, Raul! 🥂

This is Laura Pickering. Laura works in accounts payable and purchasing in our Odessa, Florida, location. She has been with the company for almost 17 years and her colleagues say she is the welcoming face of their facility, always greeting visitors with a warm smile. When asked what she likes most about her job, she says it's the variety of her work, which makes things interesting and keeps her on her toes. She finds inspiration in her children and grandchildren.
