Busy work. We all do it. None of us really like it. 42% of talent acquisition professionals say busy work is draining their productivity. They spend a third of the workday doing mundane, repetitive, low-value tasks. That’s at least two hours a day! That starts to add up. Two hours a day becomes 10 hours a week. 40 hours a month. 480 hours a year. What would you do with all that time back? Would you take that vacation? Go for a few more walks? Spend quality time with your colleagues? Have more meaningful conversations with the people in your talent pool? Maybe you’d just enjoy a less stressful day. Maybe you’d feel a little more creative.
