    We’re celebrating the vibrant culture, history, and contributions of the Hispanic and Latinx community this Hispanic Heritage Month! Check out how our corporate partner, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, is honoring this month through their exhibits and special events:

    Happy Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month! This year we want to communicate stories across cultures and shed a special light on the diversity within Hispanic and Latinx communities. To help us celebrate, we’ve collaborated with Cindy Lozito, an illustrator, muralist, and cartoonist based in South Philadelphia. Her collaboration with the museum, entitled "The Fabric of Belonging," explores Puerto Rican identity through family keepsakes, kitsch, and community archives.     We marked the unofficial end to Summer 2024 with our first-ever Athena Field Day at FDR Park! Healthy competition included an egg toss, Family Feud, hula hooping, and more. While the Blue Team defeated the Orange Team in the end, it was the perfect way to get outdoors for an afternoon. We already can’t wait for next year!
