Not bad for a Lifetime TV movie Warning: Spoilers
Average drama set in beautiful Athens, Greece. Allie and her dad set off for a vacation in his homeland to reconnect and bond but find themselves caught up in a web of deceit, lies and a family mystery.

Decent acting by the cast (this is a Lifetime movie folks so don't expect Oscar-worthy performances).

Overall, the unexpected twist at the end made for a pleasant surprise. There's plenty of beautiful scenery throughout the film which was shot in Athens, Lavrio and Marathonas (outskirts of the capital).

My only complaint is did George really die? We never see what happened to him after the reveal at the end of the movie.

Warning: Spoilers
My Father's Murder in Greece is a recent Lifetime movie, and it's authentically set in Greece, rather than in Canada (like many Lifetime movies are, but not that there's anything wrong with that), and many of the cast members are from Greece, although I think the director and writer are from the USA. I enjoyed watching the behind the scenes video on digital media, and there's a lot of intrigue in this. Cass Huckabay (not Huckabee) stars as Allie, Nikolas Makris plays Kostas, Alexandros Theodoropoulos plays Andreas, Natalia Dragoumi plays Iris, Giorgos Hatzikiriakos plays Theo, and Vaggelis Papadakis plays Giorgos.
