Toi, moi, les autres

Leïla Bekhti is currently in trend, so she can easily afford to play in a movie where there is more singing and dancing than talking. And she mostly just cries and makes sad faces. It is primarily a musical, then a sweetly painful romance, and last but not least a social drama as if cut out of some socialist propaganda. The story is clichéd a hundred times over, seen a thousand times, but something like this probably never gets boring. Si tu n´existais pas in Leïla's performance wasn't bad. (06.12.2014)
