Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation is simply a bad film because the creators didn't know what to do anymore, so they shamelessly and clumsily plagiarize previous installments of the series, creating a boring story that neither entertains nor excites. Additionally, there's an absolutely minimal horror atmosphere, which is quite surprising and just bad for the series. From today's perspective, it's only interesting to see how famous actors started out.
