Yes, it's terribly cliché; all the elements that make a film sentimental are here - there's suffering or something similar that is later redeemed by happiness. These are the kind of movies where you want to believe that life will get better. Maybe it won't happen, but it could become like that for a moment. It's terribly cliché, but sometimes we just need these kinds of movies. It’s a family film that doesn't bring anything new, but you can watch it essentially anytime and with anyone. ()
