Scott Perlman is an award winning writer, producer, director, and editor. He created the iTV festival grand prize winning show “Going to Pot,” won Emmys for the Fox Sports specials “Make ’em Forget” and “Light it up Like Vegas.” He Received a Page International Screenwriting Gold Prize for the sitcom “Kate & Edith” and was a finalist for “My Best Friend is a Mother F#@ker.” Scott co-wrote the feature film scripts, “Break Free,” optioned by Epiphany Pictures, “Love Handles,” purchased by Able Pear Productions, and Empty Days, optioned by HQ Pictures. Scott is from Chicago where he studied improv comedy at The Second City Theatre with Martin de’Maat, and attended The University of Iowa were he received a BA in Creative Writing and Psychology. As well, Scott performed stand-up comedy throughout the country. Scott resides in Los Angeles.
