Dare Me

Surely I am not the target audience, but I still liked the series. What I appreciate the most is the special atmosphere drawn by the excellent musical component. I believe this comes from the book template and was cleverly transferred to television. The tension and suspense are greatly built on the foundation of the three main female characters, their tension, emotions, mutual attraction, and in a way repulsion create the right thriller cocktail. And when the thriller is enriched with a criminal storyline, entertainment is guaranteed. As a fan of detective stories, of course, it annoys me the unfinished, or rather the first series ends as series usually end, with series number two assumed. It feels like a scam on the viewers and fans, the series can't end like this, production could at least shoot three, four more episodes in case of lack of interest, which would provide satisfying answers to legitimate questions that viewers clearly had to ask. Hopefully Netflix will come to its senses... (05/10/2021)
