The lieutenant of the criminal investigation department commits a social indiscretion and is transferred from Ostrava, whose gloomy post-apocalyptic appearance is complemented by a store with the sign Soviet Book, to Prague. Now that's a punishment! The attempt at a Western-style crime drama clashes with the quality of Eastern material and the tailor’s skills. The portrayal of the wild, constantly snacking swine Ondřej Pavelka around the ruthless thug Vítězslav Jandák drags on, and it is clear that he doesn’t measure up to his colleagues in the field of rye. And those dreadful stereotypes, which are now completely out of place… for instance, Vašut’s trench coat… ()
