Holy Blood is characterized by a bizarre quality associated with circus people, who are simply unique, and although similar ones can be found in other films like Freaks, Jodorowsky manages to create beautiful and unforgettable images, where the connection between the armless woman and the main character is truly enchanting. This is not a film for everyone, but its bizarreness, brutality, and beauty worked for me. ()
