This article contains lore taken from Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, the manuals, and/or official bonus maps.
Zeppelins are ingenious inventions that allow small teams of Goblins to soar above the countryside and spy on enemy positions. The Zeppelins are cumbersome, awkward and maintain no armament. Their airborne capabilities, extensive line of sight, and ability to spot underwater units (as with all flying units), however, make them an integral part of the Horde's spy network.[1]
Information[]
- Zeppelins are fast, unarmed, flying units used for exploring the map and spying on your enemies. Because they are able to see Submarines, they can also serve as spotters for your Juggernaughts and Destroyers.
- You can get your Zeppelin to follow a friendly or hostile unit by right-clicking on it while the Zeppelin is selected.
