In 2033, US President Dexter Hamilton was born in North Carolina in 1987. He became the Governor, Senator and the President of the United States in the Spring of 2033 and he is the first American President to make his trip to the Soviet Union to meet the Soviet Premier Yuri Kolchak to talk over Weapons of War along with his Secretary of State, George Maxwell. These two men are being accompanied by Soviet General Theresa Pulaski until they learned about the Summit Meeting in the past couple days. Then Hamilton and Maxwell decide to go back to Washington DC to figure it out their biggest problem, what happened in the Soviet Union during their Summit Meeting. They decide to use Project Lightstep and Rhenium Fuel to fire up any ships heading to space in the near future.
