Rating this app highly because the customer service was so great. I tried the app for my 2 year old and 7 year old and the content just wasn't right for their ages at this time. My credit card was charged on day 7 of the free trial though I believed I had until the end of the day on the 7th day to cancel. I reached out to customer service and Dana promptly helped me out with a refund. Really appreciate the speedy resolution and look forward to trying the app again when my son is more ready!

Great app for 2-3 year olds!! Got it for our granddaughter. I wanted a way to gauge how much information she was retaining. She love love loves it!! It is much easier for her to navigate(it is intuitive, no need to teach her how to use it), much faster(because less on each page to load), and less frustrating than some of the other apps. Thank you Tinytap! well done 👍👍

I came across this app on FB. The ad was for less than $10/mo. I downloaded it, and the charge to my account was nearly $70. With no explanation, I worried that I'd get charged that every month. So I requested cancelation and a refund. They obliged, but then blocked me from any access to the app. I can no longer get the app to open on my phone. I've uninstalled/re-installed it, and cleared the cache. I was going to pay for it, when the price had dropped $20. My kids had enjoyed playing it.
