A bit perplexed and very displeased. Unable to set up an amount on a monthly payment that's more than minimum amount. On the other option is to pay the card completely off. Does it make any sense. I'd like to pay 100 $200 more on a monthly auto pay. But your app won't allow me to pay more than minimum amount or the full amount. I've had similar issues with other cards I paid them off and then cancel them cuz they're too much trouble.

App does not allow me to add any form of payment. I ended up with a late fee, although I tried calling to pay too. It takes 7 to 10 days for a payment to go through with an agent, which is annoying. I had to un-install, then re-install the app, as well as turn my phone off in order for the app to accept my bank account as valid. Once I pay off my balance, I'm getting rid of this card!

Intuitive and rich UI. Unfortunately I had to call you so that the app would let me create my account. Turns out that the generic "server not available message" didn't quite explain the real issue: my name was too long😅 and the backend kept rejecting it. So only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of bad error messages. That's on the devs...
