Local transfer stopped working for about a month already. Can't type in amount to transfer. I've tried everything suggested - restart device, clearing cache and reinstalling the app. It still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's a bug, and I'm super surprised that a banking company can leave such a bug online for such a long time!

Would given 5 stars if not for the slow speed. Looks beautiful and has all the useful features for banking on the go. On my Note10+ its takes 4 seconds to launch the app. Terrible optimisation and server speed. Update app on 30/6 and now being FORCED to aacept push notifications instead of SMS for txn alerts. No option to opt out. I hate the way the direction this bank is going- forcing decisions down your throat. Also no way to exit app "back" will just cause app to reload!

The app sucks. Whenever the scam alert comes on, I can't close the alert and it impedes me from carrying out my online transaction. I often get the app shutting down in the midst of a transaction as well, I have never come across a banking app that is so substandard. Another issue is the pages on the app cannot load, I often got to start the logging in process all over again. The entire team of tech guys behind the OCBC app should look for another job.
