Update #2: it's been a year since my first update, so far so good. It's been running well and has helped me keep tabs on all my devices. With updates and the consistency of the past few years, they earned 5 stars. Update #1: it's been updated and is working well again, so I bumped up to 3 stars. If it stays working I'll adjust my review accordingly. Original: This app used to work really well then it just stops letting me log in saying "logon timed out" it's been at least a year with no fix.

How I miss my old Motorola modem/router. Made the mistake with the nighthawk product and will never do that again. Oh, and this app, is useless. Only use it to set up your product but good luck trying to control anything on the device after. Also felt compelled to buy the Netgear phone support service for a few years since I was having connectivity issues and they only offer support for a short time after your purchase.

terrible product terrible app. doesn't work to set up the router at all and sends you in an endless loop of "looks like your router isn't set up", several steps of unplugging and plugging things in and then "looks like your router is fully set up!" but not working at all. I guess in standard netgear fashion the product was DOA
