They do not allow refunds and charged me for 1 yr subscription even tho it was a relative who was using the app. I tried to cancel the subscription on the day it was charged and they refused refund. Tried out the app myself and their Photo editing service is not as good as other competitors for the EXPENSIVE rate they charge. Beware Google and SNOW will refuse refund.

I had hoped it was a glitch that it wouldn't let me save my simple layout edit without charging SEVEN DOLLARS A MONTH? I close the ad, try to save again, there's the ad, can't close it. I can't screenshot my work either as an extra insult. For an app I use maybe once a month, $7 is utterly insane. Oh and gen AI features? It's definitely time to delete. RIP.

Had this app for 5 yrs. I would rate it 5 stars for all 5 of those years, i got really comfortable with the tools and filters. Recently I believe it updated, its absolutely horrid and it's sad to see how they decimated this app. The filters won't even load anymore, it's just blank. Whenever I make changes ot adjustments, there isnt even a save button to apply them. Instead there are layers, a download the picture button, and the back button. If you click black it says you'll lose changes
