Fun solo-player game overall; a hack-and-slash grind to level up gear and kingdom. NO forced ads! It can be a little repetitive, though. One issue is that the game freezes occasionally when returning to gameplay after watching an ad. I started playing offline. There are no more bonus perks from watching ads, but it has yet to freeze on me again. There's a message that keeps popping up saying, "Something is wrong. Check your internet," but it goes away, and I continue playing. Level 35 currently.

The game is fun, but it suffers from the same plague that affects a lot of mobile games, poor ad integration. You constantly have an option on your screen to watch an ad. If you watched them all then you would spend 90% of your time in an ad and 10% playing. If you don't watch them, you miss out on opening chests you earned. I was initially optimistic as there was a paid ad skip option. For $5 I got 3 ad skips which I used in ten seconds. It feels scammy as that wasn't made clear at all. 1 star

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I downloaded this game because the ad looked fun. Was the actual game anything like the ad? NO. you're not building some castle, you're in some desert wasteland and you have to basically rebuild some community? Uninstalling. I'd really like this game if it was actually like the ad shows.
