Really regret moving funds to this platform... Generally easy to use but has a terrible flaw. If you add a "sell at price" order to a given asset, it disappears (along with its value) from your wallet. With this flaw, there is absolutely no way to see your total account value. One could have $200k in one's account or $20k. There's no way to tell. I've never encountered this on any crypto or fiat platform. Updated: now I can see my overall P/L for outstanding trades. Getting better.

Decent, but compared to other platforms like Coinbase, this platform has a number of restrictions, i.e. Instant Deposits (from your bank), which they recommend, cannot be used for Futures Strike Options, their only Futures option. Other mission related things are cool but are not catered to the small fish traders trying to get their feet wet with low trade expectations. They have good security features & the live trading market view is awesome, but initial experience could have been better, IMO.

Just installed and signed up (after two faliled tries, because the app froze while loading documents. The app is clunky and slow, constantly freezes or crashes. Whether you are doing a simple login, it freezes, or moving from wallet tab to trade tab, it freezes. Now I'm too skeptical to even risk sending money to my account since the app is just unusable. I sent message through their chat, which says they usually respond under 10 minutes, but after half hour nothing. It's a shame.
