Update: been to the branch, got my card. Still cannot tick the money in/money out boxes to get in app transaction messages. Frustrating! Opened account on app, got it activated after many crashes. But now app cannot process the request to have card delivered. Tried on a different phone - no luck, tried a few times a day every day - still no luck.

The App no longer works. It all started when I did the update to v3.1.9 in September. It didn't work. Then I updated to v3.1.11 & still it didn't work. I reached out on WhatsApp service & on X but the online service agents on both platforms couldn't not assist. I restarted my phone & even cleared cache memory. My phone web browser is up to date. Upcoming release of v3.1.11? I just mentioned that the version doesn't work either but I'm told to monitor. Clearly no one is capable of fixing this.

Usually I don't have a problem with the app, but since the update it keeps crashing and closing every time I try to run the app. This is extremely inconvenient, because I need to get electricity and I am going to have to physically go and buy, because the app doesn't work. 🤬 I hope that they have an update to the update and get it working again soon.. 🙄
