Terrible customer service. It is impossible to speak with anyone other than by phone, and there are no alternative communication channels. If your account gets blocked for whatever reason, it's almost impossible to regain access. -- Atendimento ao cliente terrível. É impossível falar com qualquer pessoa que não seja por telefone, e não há canais de comunicação alternativos. Se sua conta for bloqueada por qualquer motivo, é quase impossível recuperar o acesso.

It's great, till you need it. Every time I depend on it to retrieve my money, it takes AGES. While displaying incorrect values on the screen. For example, I retrieve X amount. It still shows my safe with the old value. And I can't use the money because it is not available yet.
