"Inconceivable!" error message is pervasive. For over a month, the IMDb app is barely usable. Opening it usually fails with the Inconceivable message. Tapping on search or your profile will also face delays. It's by far the worst major app right now. I've never experienced anything like this from a major app. To not be able to just open the app is ridiculous. This is very confusing. How is it possible to ship an app that doesn't even reliably open?

Update: Trying to read reviews, keep getting an error message having difficult accessing data. Did all the usual troubleshooting. No recent update available. Have been using the website for a really long time. It got loaded with intrusive ads at one point but the app is better with ads easily ignored. I liked the comments section, but that was removed. Update: If film is on Netflix i4 won't be listed. Search doesn't use keywords very well. Terrible with searches. Cache has to be deleted always.

IMDb, as an idea, is amazing, and the website isn't so bad either, but the mobile app isn't great. And even though it has somewhat improved with the latest version, it's still far from perfect. Putting aside the outdated UI, the app is quite slow and there are some bugs which are quite annoying. Example: when you open a movie from a watchlist and then try to go back, it returns you to the top of the watchlist, which is fine if you have a few movies, but not great if you have thousands.
