Horrible UI changes. I love twitch on desktop and the old mobile app. I don't want to automatically be thrust into a random stream when I open the app. I want to have the old landing page where you can select who you want to go view. The ticktok style prevents me from figuring out who is even streaming. I will not be using the mobile app until an option to avoid this cespit of a UI choice is offered.

App works but it's really abrasive to use. I don't like the initial screen being someone's stream. Especially if I don't follow them. In-app alerts/notifications will cover UI elements. Sometimes minimized stream will cover the "close" button for in-app alerts. Not sure how they sort the list of offline followed streamers but it's certainly not organized in a helpful way. Not to mention it takes so many taps to even find that list.

Alongside the unpopular UI update, the app no longer functions correctly. It will seemingly randomly change what channel I'm watching. Background audio also seems to have new problems. It drops connection much more frequently and sometimes will play two streams at once. I suspicion that the connection drops out because it's always wasting bandwidth on a second stream in the new swipe feature. I don't know though. It's broken. Fix the functionality and I'll deal with the new UI.
