As a longtime user of Tango, the recent updates have been really frustrating. Notifications for messages and calls barely work anymore, and the live broadcasting is full of inappropriate content. The UI is cluttered, and the ads are overwhelming. Turning the app into live.me was a bad move, and it’s still full of technical issues with no fix in sight. It drains my battery, makes my phone overheat, and has constant profile glitches. The experience has really gone downhill.

Tango now is adding additional charges when buying coins. The amount you think youre paying isnt correct. The higher the package, the higher the extra charge. Tango doesn't even let you know about the extra charge during purchase nor whats its for. I emailed support 3 time with no reaponse. Ots been 3 days. They are avoiding me. They will applogize in a response to this comment below asking me to email support. Duh, you don't reapond to emails.

I call Japan several times a month. The clarity/ video chat is very good. Even though I may lose a connection after 45 mins but, it's still great. Sometimes the slide doesn't move all the way to the right to make a call. It takes several attempts to to get a complete slide. I hope they fix this problem. Thank-you. it's difficult to move the slide to make a call
