I bought an air conditioner and they delivered it and installed it. Then 20 minutes after they left, it made a loud sound and stopped working completely. I have spent 8 days since trying to get them to exchange it, or refund it or repair it. But they make it nearly impossible to contact them. I succeed 2 times and each time they promised to come investigate and exchange it; each time they send a SMS saying request canceled due to incomplete information. They are Cheaters!!!

Poor Maintenance and Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with the maintenance and customer service at this store. I requested maintenance service 7 days ago, but the maintenance team has been unreliable and unresponsive. They keep telling me they are coming, but no one has shown up. When I try to follow up, they no longer answer my calls. The customer care service is also severely lacking. They are always busy with other customers and never get back to me.

Quite the horrible experience, they would advertise for a certain product in a sale like almost a steal price only for it to be ou of stock etc and you can't find the same product with its original price even . Like if the sale is finished can we at least get the og product? Because I've been very disappointed a bunch of time pls fix.
