for years now on both my pixel phone...incoming calls constantly no sound with Bluetooth on initial pick up, regardless which Bluetooth. always have to mute/unmute + pause/unpause + switch out to speaker and back to Bluetooth...then it ALWAYS says bad network connection. BUT all calls are fine after! home, outside, even connected on Ethernet.

I've been a loyal Google Voice user since around 2010, and I can happily report that it's better now than ever before. Over the years, Google Voice has gone through a steady evolution. I've always praised the service itself, but now the app is optimised to reflect that. It's streamlined and robust; efficient and easy to use. It would be a dream come true if Google implemented RCS features, but even if it never does, the convenience of Google Voice itself is more than enough for me.

Too many glitches now. No longer rings when I'm receiving calls, hangs up ongoing calls if I just touch the voice app icon to view texts. It never did this before. Update: I tried clearing cache before and it did not fix the issue. I just tried clearing data this time as recommended below by developer, which I was hesitant to because I'd have to start the app from scratch, and now I can't get back in to my Google number at all because it won't verify. This put me in an even worse position.
