The app is convenient for getting great deals and ordering from tables and curbside pickup. But it requires way too many clicks to complete an order. It wastes my time pushing products. It has too many words on each screen, forcing the action buttons to the bottom, requiring a scroll. Like most software, the app appears designed to show off the talent of the coders rather than to serve customer. The app needs to be simple, clean, and quick.

This app seems to glitch out in some way every time I order. It crashes randomly; if a location is closed, instead of telling me to change locations, it makes me change the delivery address; most recently, I placed an order for curbside pickup, and when I went to enter the parking spot number, the app crashed. I had to go inside and it took me half an hour to get the food I'd already paid for because the app never gave me a code, just a receipt. I'm just thankful to the kind and patient staff.

Fairly glitchy. When I first open the app, it freezes, so I have to completely close out of it and open it back up before it loads, but it's still quite slow when it does. I also wasn't able to redeem my free birthday item for some reason, and that really annoyed me. 😒 But it still has good deals, so I can't go lower than 3 stars. If these glitches are taken care of, I'll gladly give 5 stars.
