Lewis was a resident of Vault 101.
Background[]
Lewis was a team member of Anne Palmer's survey team of February 2241. He and Agnes were appointed as 'ambassadors' to the town of Megaton by the team leader. His duties included acting as a contact between the two settlements and to further survey the surrounding environs.[1]
