Background[]
Howard Dunbar was one of the settlers living at Far Harbor.[1] After he went south to fix the fog condensers in town,[1] he was killed by several mirelurks.

Bugs[]
Howard's corpse may not spawn, making it impossible for the player character to loot the fog condenser components needed to complete Safe Passage.[verified]
- On PC, the components can be added by opening the console and typing player.additem xx0463b7, where xx represents the position of the Far Harbor add-on in the load order.
