Selah was widely used in the book of Psalm. It was used to indicate pause.We've been discussing this in our worship teams devotion, on how rest is essential to ministry workers. I've witnessed a lot of cases where workers have asked permission to leave the ministry. I witnessed how overworked they are and how praise and offering to the Lord became a 'task' that wants to be done immediately, how worship turned to be a presentation already. Rest, brothers and sisters. Allow God to work in you.
