Troxler studied graphic design at the Lucerne School of Art and Design. He worked as an art director in Paris in 1972 and subsequently founded his own design practice in Willisau, Switzerland. He started organizing jazz concerts in Willisau in 1966 and initiated the Willisau Jazz Festival in 1975. Margot Lévêque Studio is a French design Studio and Type Foundry based in New York and Switzerland.
By connecting the letterforms and enlarging the type, a barrier is created which isolates the body copy from the headline. This supports the literal representation of the word ‘integration’ in the context of the quotes. The colour scheme of black and white is also symbolic and creates contrast.
